Yes, we currently offer pre-paid return labels on Australian orders. We offer a flat rate of $14.95 for pre-paid returns, which will be deducted from your original refund amount at the time your refund is processed. We offer free returns postage for exchanges only.


Unfortunately, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for customers returning from Northern Territory. Customers returning from this region are kindly asked to arrange their own method of postage.

Returns may take up to 3 to 5 business days from the date of delivery to be assessed and processed by us. Once your return or refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via email.

If your returned item/s are eligible for a refund, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days from the date of delivery for the returned item/s to be assessed and processed by us. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used to place the order.

Depending on your payment method and financial institution, please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected at your end. We recommend checking with your payment provider for more information on their current processing times.

You can request an exchange as per our Returns Policy through our website. Please note, once an item has been exchanged, the exchanged item is only eligible for a refund.

Sales items that are marked down and not purchased as ‘FINAL SALE’ can be returned for a refund or exchange.

Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund, unless the items are deemed faulty. These items can be exchanged for a different size where stock permits. Where stock is not available of the requested size, a store credit will be issued.

Instant Exchange allows you to secure your new item instantly, before posting back your returned item/s. Simply raise your Instant Exchange request via our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order and follow the prompts to select your new item. Once raised, you will receive an order confirmation email with your new items. Please ensure you post your returned item/s within 14 days of raising your Instant Exchange to avoid being charged for all items.

You can return item/s ordered through Instant Exchange for a refund only. You will receive a refund for the total amount paid for the original item and any difference paid for the exchanged item. All items must be processed via the online Returns Portal within 14 days of the delivery date and returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unused and unwashed) with the tags attached. Any sign of tag tampering will not be accepted. All swimwear must be returned with the protective hygiene strip intact. Any sign of removal or alteration will not be accepted.
